By registering an organization workspace or connecting your Google Business Profile at gmb.vickstricks.site, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before using our location synchronization and AI auto-reply services.
01.Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and GMB SaaS (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our web application, APIs, and associated tools located at gmb.vickstricks.site.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
02.Description of Service
GMB SaaS provides a multi-tenant business reputation management platform designed to help companies centralize Google Business Profile operations. Our core features include:
- Synchronizing Google Business storefront locations and profile metadata.
- Monitoring and indexing customer reviews and ratings in real time.
- Generating context-aware AI auto-replies powered by Google Gemini and contextual heuristics.
- Publishing authorized owner replies directly to Google Business Profile via official APIs.
- Multi-tenant organization segregation and team member role permissions.
03.Google API Services & Third-Party Integration
Our software communicates with the official Google Business Profile APIs under the authorized scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. By connecting your Google account:
04.AI Auto-Replies & Human Oversight
Our AI review reply system is designed to accelerate customer service and draft polite, reputation-optimized responses. However:
All AI-generated replies provided in the dashboard are suggestions. You have the ability to review, edit, modify, or reject any draft before publishing. You remain solely responsible for the content and consequences of all replies published to public Google Business Profiles.
05.Acceptable Use & Conduct
You agree not to use GMB SaaS for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:
- Posting defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive review replies.
- Engaging in review manipulation, harassment, or spamming Google Business Profiles.
- Attempting to breach multi-tenant boundaries or access another organization's data.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or intercepting API communications of the platform.
- Violating consumer protection laws or fair advertising standards.
06.Account Termination & Data Removal
You may disconnect your Google Business Profile or stop using our services at any time. Upon clicking “Disconnect” in your dashboard:
- Your encrypted OAuth refresh token is immediately deleted from our database.
- Our software immediately ceases synchronization with Google APIs for your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activities that threaten the security or reliability of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
07.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Provided “As-Is”:
GMB SaaS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we maintain 99.9% uptime objectives, we do not warrant that Google APIs will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall GMB SaaS or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party Google service suspensions, lost profits, or data corruption.
